Creative Writing - Getting Started With Jeanette Sheppard

 

Do you want to write creatively but don't know where to start? Or have you started enthusiastically only to find yourself frustrated, thinking no one will want to read this?

 

This lively, motivational and supportive workshop, run by an experienced writer and workshop leader, will show you ways of gathering and expressing ideas and key elements of craft. We will look at exercises to encourage your impulse to write and set your imagination free.

 

By the end of the day you will have perhaps discovered whether you might like to write prose, poetry or scripts or, if you have already started in a form, you will have found new ways of approach.

All course bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of the course. The rest of the cost to be paid two weeks before the workshop. Some workshops are booked direct with the tutors and these are indicated.
