Expressive Landscapes with Melanie Wright

 

This workshop, following the success of Melanie's landscape painting course last year, offers the prospect of exploring fresh approaches and responses to the landscape by creating a journal, or series of studies. There will be painting both outdoors (weather permitting) and in the superb studio with views of the stunning landscape from every door and window. Areas such as expressive mark making, using mixed media and expressive colour mixing and composition are covered.

 

The day will start at 10am and end at 5pm with an hour's lunch break. The fabulous two course lunch is included in the price along with coffee / tea and cake. Suitable for beginners and the more experienced. Students to supply their own materials.

All course bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of the course. The rest of the cost to be paid two weeks before the workshop. Some workshops are booked direct with the tutors and these are indicated.
