Why not come along to our Willow Weaving Workshops. Make a framed basket in a day on Sunday 8th March and or make some plant supports on Friday 6th, and or Saturday 7th March 2020 from 10am-4pm. Come to one or all three workshops!
All three days are suitable for beginners.
On Sunday 8th - Sue and Richard Kerwood will teach you how to make a framed basket in a day. They will take you through each step with a demonstration first before you have a go. It will not be long before you are hooked and want to take your new-found skill a step further by ordering a supply of willow from the Kerwood's to make more baskets at home. FULL
On Friday & Saturday 6th & 7th - You will learn how to weave willow into plant supports with step by step instructions from the tutors. They say it is easier than it looks and you could go home with one or five 4ft wigwam plant supports for sweetpeas and shrubby plants like peonies. FULL 6th & FULL 7th
