It's capacity is:
- 15-20 people for an awayday or workshop in a board room or class room environment
- 40 people for a sit down event with 5 round tables each seating 8
- 50 people for a theatre style presentation or talk

- Heated in an environmentally friendly manner from our fields via a ground source heat pump
