Meetings and Away Days
The Meeting Room offers the perfect location for corporate and staff away days, meetings and team building events.
We can provide and source exciting activities to ensure that the goals of your organisation are met and the participants have a day to remember.
Activities include:
- art and craft inspired activities
- survival activities and shooting events
- lifestyle coaching, beauty and wellness activities
We understand that as a business you will have very particular objectives for your attendees and for the successful outcome of your stay.
Our facilities are flexible, practical and of a very high standard.
The Meeting Room
As a meeting room the Venue can be set out:
- as a boardroom seating 15-20 people with a central table and chairs.
- as a number of small breakout tables for discussion
- or as a presentation for around 50 people set out as a theatre.
We can provide presentation equipment and there is free wifi.
The outside area provides a separate break-out area for informal chats or group based discussion or just to catch up with the office.
The venue is located in the centre of beautiful farm land, and if you need time for one to one informal discussion then simply step outside breathe in the country area to set things back into perspective. .
Lunch and drinks can be provided.
Blue Sky Strategic Days
Again the Venue can be set up as indivdual or communal tables and areas.
The setting for the Venue is ideal for taking your senior team away from the hustle and bustle of normal business life and to refocus on the challenges and issues facing your company. The combination of a light and beautifully appointed meeting room together with the courtyard and the surrounding fields will give you the best opportunity for some truly creative "Blue Sky" thinking.
We can provide refreshments and lunch as required.
Team Building
Either as part of your strategic away day or simply on its own to enhance your team performance and bring them together, then we can offer a wide range of activities.
These activities can be combined depending on the number in your group and the time you have available. Why not consider a combination of outside and inside pursuits or some art or craft activities.

We specialise in finding just the right tutor to bring you, your family, friends or colleagues together for art and craft inspired activities as well as lifestyle coaching, beauty and wellness activities

A group of Friends
The Venue provides an ideal opportunity for a group of friends to get together and do something different. Maybe as part of a special occasion or a birthday present - learn a new skill in a comfortable and friendly environment. We will provide the tutor and you can refine your day as desired.
Try chocolate making or soap making, or foraged cocktails masterclass.
Or just relax with yoga and wellness and holistic workshops.
We can provide refreshments and lunch as required.
Club or Society
Want to bring together your club or society but are not quite sure what to do - then we can arrange tutors or can just supply the venue.

We are a flexible and friendly venue conveniently located and with lots of parking.
Team Building
The creative courses and workshops can provide an ideal opportunity for team building events.
For example a willow workshop can combine that competitive edge while putting everyone on an even footing. Those willow creations may end up having pride of place at home or in the office.

Family Celebrations
The Venue offers the perfect location for family celebrations of any kind.
The combination of location and the character of the Venue itself offers itself to both small and larger celebrations including wedding receptions. We have space for a marquee and with plenty of parking and beautiful views we can make your celebration special.

Wedding Receptions
Cool Contours is the perfect place for a wedding reception, and the combination of the Venue, the courtyard and grounds which are suitable for a marquee make it extremely flexible:
- cocktail party
- canape party
- finger buffet
- pig roast
- vintage tea
Inside the venue we can seat around 40 with five round 5' tables of eight, and outside we can set up a marquee for around 80 guests. And for those that have had to travel then we have 3 superb chalet bedrooms on-site.
Every wedding reception is different so please come and visit to discuss your requirements so we can help to create the perfect day for you and your guests.
Hen Party or Stag Party
Why not have your hen or stag party out in the countryside?
Have a great time together with one of our activities - there are plenty of ideas for any hen or stag party.
We can provide refreshments and recommend caterers with a licensed bar or we will work with your suggestions, after all it is your day.

The Venue is a lovely size within a beautiful and private location for the perfect Dinner Party or Cocktail Party.
The attention to detail and use of natural materials makes the Venue the perfect backdrop to entertain your guests.
We will work with your own caterer or suggest a few of our own, and then you can set the pace.
Galleries and Presentations
The Venue offers an ideal size and location for a gallery showing or a presentation.
The bright and stylish room creates the backdrop for you to present or show your work enabling your visitors to appreciate the ambience while at the same time focusing on the purpose of your gallery or presentation.
We are centrally located and with lots of parking we provide a convenient location for your visitors.
Galleries
The Venue has often been used as a gallery for Oxfordshire Artweeks and this works very successfully:
- the size of the Venue is ideal for central display boards for showing hanging artwork such as photographs, paintings or fabric creations
- the room has one wall of glass and large windows to the other two sides which creates a light and airy feel enabling your visitor to clearly see and appreciate the artwork
- the interior wood and stone creates corners for additional displays in an eye catching fashion
- the facilities are flexible enough to offer appropriate refreshement be it tea and coffee or a glass of champagne

Presentations
The Venue offers a lovely location for presentations of any kind, we can provide:

Cool Contours can provide the location for a high quality product launch. Away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel we can provide your guests with understated quality to reinforce the small but refined product launch.
We can provide refreshments and your guests can soak in the countryside while you demonstrate your product and show off your great ideas.
The Venue can be set up as a theatre presentation or an informal reception. The outside courtyard and exceptional external space and views can enhance your launch - whatever the product.
