Peg Loom Weaving
Peg looming is an ancient form of weaving and its beauty lies in its sheer simplicity! It is an ideal way to use up all those odds and ends of yarn and fabric and the finished article can be used as mats, rugs, cushions, bags, scarves and wall hangings.
There will be a huge array of yarns in all colours and textures for you to work with ( cost £ 10 payable on the day ) but if you have any yarns that you would like to include then do bring them along.

Similarly if you already own a peg loom then do bring it, otherwise a peg loom kit will be available for you to purchase on the day. The tutor for the workshop will be textile expert Julie Ferguson.
